At RAVEMEN, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance cycling lights and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all included mounts, cables, and manuals to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
